Beautiful aquatint of Basilica San Marco, with fine original colour.
Print dealer and publisher, whose activity is documented in Florence from 1823 to 1841. He joined forces with Luigi Ricceri and in 1838 he printed in Florence together with the latter a series of ten etchings, executed by Antonio Verico based on a design by Francesco Pieraccini and Giovanni Bruni, taken from the Stories of the Life of Enea Silvio Piccolomini painted by Pinturicchio in the Library of the Cathedral of Siena.
Small tear of paper in the bottom, overall in very good condition. Rare.
