From the series “Raccolta delle Principali Vedute di Roma…” with plates engraved by Domenico Amici, published in Rome by Giovanni Raffaelli in 1847.
An early editions of Amici's three series of Roman views, containing a total of 86 finely etched folio plates of the architecture (43 plates), fountains and monuments (30 plates), and outskirts of Rome (13 plates).
The dates of the etchings range from 1832 to 1847. Captions in Italian.
