Veduta panoramica di Roma presa dal Gianicolo, stampata a Wissembourg dalla celebre tipografia popolare fondata da Jean Frédéric Wentzel nel 1831.
La firma in basso a sinistra "Lith. De Fr Wentzel à Wissembourg" data la stampa a circa il 1870; dopo la morte del capostipite, l'attività fu proseguita dai figli Charles-Frédéric e Frédéric-Charles.
Litografia a colori, in ottimo stato di conservazione.
