Eustache Hérisson (1759 - 1818) è stato un cartografo e ingegnere geografico francese attivo a Parigi nei primi anni del XIX secolo. Hérisson fu allievo dell'idrografo del XVIII secolo Rigobert Bonne. Fu membro della Société Royale. Gran parte del suo lavoro è stato ripubblicato postumo da Bassett, Brue e altri.

Hérisson was a student of the 18th century hydrography Rigobert Bonne. He was a member of the Société Royale. Much of his work was republished posthumously by Bassett, Brue, and others.
